Refund & Return Policy

At Lurea, we take utmost care in delivering premium quality perfumes. Since perfumes are a personal and hygiene-sensitive product, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Request Window: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at contact.lurea@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 63590 08819.

  • Approval: Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.


Refunds

  • Approved Returns: After inspection of the returned product, a full refund (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Eligible Cases: Refunds will not be provided if the product is:

    • Used or partially used

    • Returned without original packaging

    • Damaged due to customer mishandling

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI after you share the details with us.


Replacements

  • If you prefer, instead of a refund, we can send you a replacement product of the same value once the returned item is received and verified.


Important Notes

  • Perfume fragrances are subjective. Change of mind or dislike of fragrance is not eligible for return/refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the product does not meet our return conditions.
