At Lurea, we take utmost care in delivering premium quality perfumes. Since perfumes are a personal and hygiene-sensitive product, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Request Window: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at contact.lurea@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 63590 08819.

Approval: Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Refunds

Approved Returns: After inspection of the returned product, a full refund (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases: Refunds will not be provided if the product is:

Used or partially used

Returned without original packaging

Damaged due to customer mishandling

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI after you share the details with us.
Replacements

If you prefer, instead of a refund, we can send you a replacement product of the same value once the returned item is received and verified.
Important Notes

Perfume fragrances are subjective. Change of mind or dislike of fragrance is not eligible for return/refund.
