A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply on orders below the minimum value.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via Email & WhatsApp. You can track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Areas: We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Delays: Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen reasons like courier delays, strikes, or natural calamities. Lurea shall not be held responsible for such delays.
Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by writing to us at contact.lurea@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 63590 08819. Full refund will be processed.

After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, and in such cases, only shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders that are refused upon delivery will not be reshipped. Repeated refusals may lead to restriction of COD service for future orders.
