  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier partner.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products (as per our Refund & Return Policy).

  • Cancellation requests are only valid if made before the order is dispatched.
